I worked as Art Director inside Melnick — premium creative direction happening in-house. Each project kept its own identity; what was added was execution consistency. Same level of standard in launch campaigns, sales convention materials, institutional pieces, digital communication — without depending on external vendors for every move.
Melnick gained the speed the market demands without losing the standard that justifies the price of its developments. Premium creative direction stopped being an outsourced luxury and became an internal competence — reducing cost, increasing agility, and protecting brand perception at every commercial touchpoint.
